Around Dusty Roads

Ahhhh! It’s the kind of day that gave this blog its name. Hop in the car and see where you end up. Of course the roads around here are paved for the most part but the sentiment is the same. Sunny, Warm, early spring….a perfect day for a drive. Who knows how many more drives like this I’ll have with gas headed toward $4.00+/gal.

Lovely. Dawn wants your close up of the duck and the lamb! save the duck for Father’s Day cards! The colors are really gorgeous!

My Dad used to take us on such drives through back roads when I was little..quite an adventure and I still enjoy doing that.

It was a beautiful day for a drive so we went looking for baby animals. Most of these were taken a Ward’s Berry farm in Sharon but we also got a few pictures at a farm in Easton. I think the bird in the header is a male house sparrow and his plumage is his breeding color. I’m no expert but that’s what the bird book says. πŸ™‚ “Breeding Adult male”.
